Hi-Tea Blueberry Loose Fruit Tea Review

Are you a tea lover? Well, you know me, I am a Super Big fan of tea. I drink at least 2 cups of tea every day. For your information, drinking a cup of tea daily can improve your skin, health and boost immune system. Why? It's because tea contains antioxidants and no caffeine. And just make sure do not add sugar or artificial sweetener in your tea. If you are someone like me who can't survive without sugar, you can replace it for honey to get the desired sweetness.

Alright now, recently I tried Hi-Tea Blueberry Loose Fruit Tea and without further ado, let's jump into the review!

How To Brew
You can brew this blueberry as fruit tea, add on to your morning cereal or even create desserts using the 100% real dried fruits.

My favourite cold brew tea method:
  • Pour hot water in a teapot
  • Add a proper amount of loose fruit tea to the teapot
  • Add honey until you reach your desired flavour
  • Stir with cinnamona stick and let it steep for 5-10mins
  • Place the tea in the fridge for at least 1 hour
  • Strain the tea into a mason jar, stir with a cinnamon stick and serve with ice
  • Ooooh.... so refreshing!
My Thoughts
Nothing beats a nice glass of Ice Blueberry loose fruit tea in a hot day! Sundays, I usually stay home, sit back, listen to soft relaxation music and enjoy a refreshing glass of ice cold beverage. An absolutely a great way to unwind, de-stress and refocus.

Now, I'm pretty sure you babes must be wondering why I stir the tea with a cinnamon stick. Yeah, why? Well, cinnamon stick helps to enhance the taste and benefits of the tea. I heard honey and cinnamon are very effective with weight loss. Hmm... let me try it out for a couple of weeks or months and I will let you know if I succeed. hehehehe.....

So yeah, overall I find this tea is good and lovely!
