Passhen Beauty Week : Beauty Secrets From The Kitchen

Hello Gorgeous!
As promised in my previous post, here's a throwback to my experience on 'Beauty Secrets From The Kitchen' workshop organized by Passhen.

'Beauty Secrets From The Kitchen' workshop was held at Route 44, located at 44 Rochester Park. A very relaxing cafe tucked away from the busy street, with healthy menu options.

This workshop was conducted by Wellness Coach Chong Su Lee from Look Good Feel Great Always. In this workshop, Su Lee shared some amazing insightful tips about healthy eating and nutrition benefits. She also spilled her beauty secrets with step by step DIY beauty recipes!

Su Lee generously imparted her secret skin care tips and ingredients to us. She mentioned that we can make our own face cleansers, masks and scrubs with ingredients we already have around our kitchen.

That evening, we learned the natural ways to make the following homemade skin care products.

Pineapple Cleanser
The pineapple enzyme helps to brighten dull skin and dissolve dead skin cells.

Strawberry mask
It helps to lighten skin tone and absolutely suitable for oily skin.

Honey Oatmeal Tomato Mask
This amazing mask helps to lighten skin pigmentation and suitable for sensitive skin.

I recreated and tried them at home and they worked great for me. Let me know if you want me to share the recipes with you.

In this workshop, we were pampered with mouth-watering healthy food. Yum!

I made my own healthy wrap and salad. OMG! They were easy to make and uber yummeh!!!!!

After dinner, it's time for dessert right? So yeah, we were treated to 100% Cold Press Juices from Daily Juice!.
I love their Carat Juice, so refreshing and tasty!

Thank you Melissa from Passhen for organizing another amazing workshop for us!
I had an amazing time learning tips and tricks from Su Lee!

Alright babes, in my next post, I'll be writing about my wonderful workshop experience on 'Japanese Cosplay Makeup Magic'. Stay tuned for that!

Lots of Love
