Hello Again, Blog World!

It honestly feels strange typing here again.

The last time I updated this blog was back in December 2022… and somehow, time just flew by so quickly. One moment I was telling myself, “I’ll update again next week,” and suddenly it became months… then years. Life got busy, hectic, and honestly quite overwhelming at times.

Between work, responsibilities, personal commitments, and everyday life, blogging slowly got pushed to the side. Not because I stopped loving it, but because sometimes life simply takes over our schedule and energy.

But throughout these busy years, one thing that always kept me company was my two furbrothers — Simba and Chico. ❤️

Whether I was stressed, tired, emotional, or simply exhausted after a long day, these two somehow always knew how to make life feel lighter. From their funny behaviour, random zoomies, attention-seeking moments, to simply sitting beside me quietly… they became part of my everyday comfort.

Honestly, they deserve employee-of-the-month awards for emotional support.

Looking back, I actually miss having this little space on the internet. A place where I can share random thoughts, food adventures, funny moments, daily life stories, and memories worth keeping. Social media posts disappear quickly, but blog posts feel different — they become part of a personal journey.

A lot has happened since 2022.

Some good moments.
Some challenging ones.
Some memories I’ll never forget.

And maybe disappearing for a while was necessary too. Sometimes life requires us to pause before we can slowly return to the things we love.

So here I am again.

Not only am I returning to blogging, but I’ve also given my blog a little revamp with a fresh new look and feel.  After being away for so long, I felt it was the perfect time for a new beginning — something cleaner, fresher, and more “me.”

Trying to reconnect with blogging, creativity, and sharing little pieces of my life — including more stories about Simba and Chico because honestly, they are the real stars here. 🐾

Hopefully more consistent this time… hopefully! Lol…
